Q: One reviewer said "Not Washable." Is that true?

Sort of, it depends what you're thinking you might have to wash it off of. Have you ever used Crayola washable markers? My experience is that those will wash completely off of skin with soap, water and very little effort. They also wash out of clothes completely without needing any pre-treating. If washable markers are used to color on other surfaces - walls, upholstered furniture, countertops, they are *mostly* removable without any sort of expensive cleaning or cleaners, but will leave a shadow behind.These markers are not washable in that sense. They'll wash off of skin, although they might leave a faint trace. Counter to Sharpies, which will write on skin, not wash off with soap/water and takes days or longer to fade. And if it goes on furniture or walls, it's sticking around regardless of what you do. It's permanent.These are, I'd say, semi-permanent. They might wash out of clothing, though it might bleed a bit and I'd stain treat it. With furniture/walls...I'm not so sure it won't leave a mark that'll stick around for quite some time without treatment, though the color might fade over time.Hope that helps.

These are not whiteboard markers. They will not erase if you use them on anything but paper.

Q: I know these don't bleed through regular paper-has anyone tried them on Bible paper? I have a coloring Bible & want to use them.

I wouldn't use on a regular bible but my coloring bible has thicker paper and I would use them on it.
