Weber 60540 Charcoal, Spirit, Q Grill Replacement Thermometer, 1-13/16" Diameter

Got this after burning out my original lid thermometer. It's an exact fit and was easy enough to swap out. Total time was about 45 seconds. Works well enough, but nothing beats a probe sitting just above the grate for accuracy.

Our Weber U1000(?) eventually broke down after 10+ years of use. At first, we bought another grill but didn't like it as much. Eventually, I bought 6 parts from Amazon to restore the old Weber. Didn't necessarily need the new thermometer but it made the grill look more like-new. It was easy to install and works perfectly. We're expecting to get 10-15 years more use out of our Weber.

I had started my grill but was delayed by a vendor selling me something and I sent my son out to find the grill on fire. The gauge stopped working so I searched out a replacement. This one was almost half the price of the one that was meant for my model grill. Descriptions are confusing and I wasn't sure it would work. My grill is a few years old and this gauge fit perfectly. It comes with the with the wing nut to install it but not the bezel so be sure and keep your bezel that the gauge fits into for installation. I'm happy my grill is back to normal.

Old one died after 9 years. This fit exactly and according to me kitchen thermometers reads the same. Hope I never need to replace, but if I do, will buy this again.

Screwed in directly to my grill. Functions well. No tools needed.
