Mounting system was trash and had to use my own hardware in the end. The split in the wall anchors provided doesn’t start for almost an inch deep, which means if you’re mounting these onto standard 1/2” drywall, they will not hold the brackets in place, they’re just sit there loosely. Luckily I had some spare heavy-duty wall anchors in my toolbox that I was able to swap out, but not after having to pull the whole assembly back down after realizing that they didn’t work (the shelf just kind of dangles there and wouldn’t hold a single book using the hardware supplied). The Pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the shelves designed to secure the shelf to the bracket didn’t line up either. Took me a lot of screwing around just to get the brackets tight and the holes on the main support rod facing vertically, only to have 2 of the 4 not line up with the holes. The staining on the front of the shelves was a little off as well, but they’re in a guest bathroom and after all the screwing around I didn’t want to pull them down and return them. I’m an advanced DIY builder and have never seen this poor of a design on any other mounting system. Would not recommend this product.

These were extremely poor quality. Only the tops had a clear coat, which was dripping down the front. The edges were dull (which would have been fine if it were consistent). On top of that the wood was all messed up. Distressed a little is ok, but these were a mess. Of all the things I’ve bought on Amazon, this is one of the very poorest quality things I have ever purchased. I’m returning. Not sure if this one was an oddball or if this is the standard.

The shelves are made out of real wood as advertised and the staining is done professionally. The floating hardware and set up is MORE than adequate for these shelves. With what was prepped and provided installation was a breeze.We did have reason to reach out to customer service and they were responsive, helpful, professional, and took immediate care of our request. A great product and fabulous company! I would order shelves again if I had a need for more!We are updating our Master bath and wanted some wood accents. We ordered the Pine Wood with Walnut Finish. We have provided pics to show what the shelves look like and the walnut stain looks like.

Beautiful shelves. Bought two sets for my bathrooms. They lay completely flat against the tiled wall. The bonus succulents were a nice surprise.

Shelf was good finish and overall looks nice. The mounting brackets were the issue I had with product. Mounting brackets are strong enough just the quality control was off. On shelf's you install a screw from below into the mounting rod to hold everything together. On one bracket the hole that screw goes though was 1/4 inch off location. So I had to return shelf, leave shelf loose, or drill a new hole in metal rod of mounting bracket. Average homeowner I don't believe has the tools to make a new hole. Did like the small torpedo level that was a bonus.

A few months ago I ordered these shelves and received a raw wooden board that had been seemingly stained by hand. Originally I was disappointed in the quality, but they actually ended up working well in the space they were intended for. I decided to order a second set for another renovation we just completed, and this time I received a dark stained particle board. Both sets are listed as the same item, look completely different from one another, and both sets also came damaged (no response from the seller). I would look elsewhere for a more reliable product.

Used these shelves in my family room to hold family photos, and in my grandson’s bedroom to hold cute accessories for a pirate-themed room. Very difficult to install, and it was necessary to shove shim wedges underneath to keep the shelves from sagging. The quality of the product is only so/so: chips in the wood, and the stain was uneven & showing drips.

Really love these shelves! Beautiful wood, beautiful color. Love that they came with all hardware you will need and the level was a nice addition. I didn't read the whole description and was surprised to find the little balls of grass were included. 1 of the planters was broken, but it is so adorable I will just find another planter from the dollar store.

Absolute garbage. For the price you expect good quality. The wood split, not sturdy, 1 of the free pots came cracked. So upset. With this quarantine it's hard to get out and buy what you need so we order online. This is a scam and a total rip off. People should not be able to get away with this during this time.
