Great value for money, holds your hair nicely

I ordered these because I have a hard time getting my Bobby pin in on my left side! Yes...with the little clip, my hair moved. I used only one of these pretty combs, the gold and I was able to pull back the crown of my hair (bangs down) and had volume. Not pulled tight. Looks nice.

My hair is super fine and getting sparse due to the aging process. I go through a lot of these "side combs" when caring for and styling my hair. Unfortunately, the teeth on them tend to break off with time, so I periodically replace them. Of course whenever I attempt to buy my "usual" brand of hair combs as previously purchased on Amazon, it is impossible as either vendors change, or the merchandise changes. When I spied these during my search, I hit the BUY button and yet once again found myself less than pleased with my purchase.The combs I prefer are THICK and STURDY hard plastic without any flex to it. Well, INDEED, this brand of combs IS comprised of HARD PLASTIC, but also have the UNIQUE feature of several "squiggly" teeth added between the regular teeth. Yes, I could definitely see the science in this theory, so I thought I'd give them a try. Once delivered, I tried them out. Surprisingly, I found all of the teeth on these combs a little sharp on my scalp when placing them. Once having discovered just the right "look" or placement in my hair, I tried not to "adjust" the comb because the "squiggly teeth" seem to "lock into" the hair... SO WELL in fact, that they feel as though they are pulling out my hair during the removal process. (NOT good when Mother Nature is already thinning your hair naturally.)So, although unique, non-flexible, made of nice sturdy plastic -AND- capable of keeping my baby fine hair in place, I don't think these are perfectly suited to my needs due to tendency to pull out precious strands of hair during extraction, thus compounding my general hair loss issue. Nevertheless, I WILL keep them in my vanity drawer on standby. -- And yet again, my frustrating search for an appropriate hair comb continues...

I have very fine hair, and these seem like they would work better with slightly thicker hair than my scalp is interested in providing.They work pretty alright, but because my hair tries to be one dimensional, they don’t hold very long.

Great price for 4. One was missing a stone. Fell off in the bag but I was easily able to put it back.

The combs are straight instead of curved and made of very thin metal. They are not long enough to actually stick in your hair. The metal bends too easily. The only nice part is the rhinestones. Probably won’t be able to wear since they will fall out- don’t waste your money!

Larger size than I realized. Better for someone with a lot of longer hair. Seem very sturdy.
