Ratchet Terminal Crimping Tools VSR-6D Used for 20-10 AWG (Similar to 0.5-6 mm²) Non-Insulated Terminal Ratchet Crimping Plier

Easy to use and works extremely well, bought one before this to clamp some 8 awg terminals, have to use a hammer to clamp with that some kind of Ratchet system, and still the wire will fall out of terminal without even force, return that one and bought this, secure connection every time, and don't need to use a hammer, use my body weight press against the floor able to do the job, the ratchet action works very good, I am very happy with this purchase. Only one thing wish it is using AWG instead of mm of indication, too old to remember all the mm for each guage.

Repaired a common ground in an automotive wiring harness using these crimpers. They feel good to use and work well.

Very strong crimp and great value! I have large fingers and am left handed so releasing the small twist lock after crimping is difficult for me but the tool works great otherwise!

I bought these to make up crimped connection on 6 AWG multi-strand wire. Despite having a little wiggle, none of the connections will pull lose once you crimp them. One thing I did not think of when ordering these is that the jaws are only 3mm wide so your crimped connection is small relative to the size of the connector. I made several crimps per connector to ensure a good connection and covered them all with heat shrink. Overall I wish these made a little better crimp but I can't argue with the price or the results.

I occasionally use non-insulated butt connectors but have been dissatisfied using an all-in-one wire stripper/cutter/crimping tool. This ratcheting crimper with its mechanical advantage gives me good secure crimps with much less effort. The tool quality seems very good and the price is quite reasonable.

Great crimping tool. Using this with non insulated lugs with 12awg wire. Took me a bit to find the right fit, but it works great. Normal crimping tools were not enough to crimp battery lugs, this does the job every time. Had some difficulty at first with holding the wire, lug and tool, but if you close it a bit first then seat your wire, makes things easier.

Arrived not new and little used as somebody's return. Not too comfortable for use but works good

perfect size, a solid step up from my handheld crimpers. i needed for 2 and 4 awg, and worked perfectly. 2 awg is doable but definitely max capacity for this tool. I would recommend for professional use as long as you dont crimp 2 awg all day
