Very broad view that covers anything that should be sharpened.
A lot of hard work went into this book for sure. I have a very narrow focus for woodworking tools. 95% of the book is beyond my interest. It is nicely organized. For the three areas of interest, the guidance had little depth for me.

Dated Information
The description says it was published in 2014. The copy I received is dated 2004. Not sure if a 2014 edition exists or if the information in such is any different than the 2004 I received.

Doesn't have basic information explained. In depth on how to do specific tasks. More of an intermediate, for someone with all the basics.

A must read for all woodworkers.
The only thing better for sharpening is the Veritas power sharpening system. The best thing to sharpen are Lie-Nelson tools.
