Works well
The instructions are simple, product seeps into cracks. it is not for vertical wall cracks as it's too fluid. I found for my floor crack ( 12' long, from a hair line to 1/8" wide I applied layers. One tube was plenty. It tacks up in under an hour and next day was solid. I didn't need the extra fine sand they provided. Seems to expand some too which was nice. No smell.

Love this stuff
A quick review.I had a slab crack. Wide in some places very small hair crack in others. This product worked wonders to fill the gap and glue the crack shut before floating a floor on top.... I would purchase extra sand next time.... Work fast! It starts to setup very quickly. Just do like a 4 ft area at a time.I had about 16 ft of crack to glue. If there is a next time I will be purchasing two kits and extra sand so I don't have to rush and I can really soak the crack down deep.

Expensive, but worth it.
This product works as advertised, and the accompanying instruction/FAQ sheet was clearly written and very helpful. Even though I applied this material after applying two "coats" of Radonseal, and so far there's no dampness oozing up through the welded cracks. Time will tell is it's as long-lasting as the manufacturer claims.

Aggravation Maximized
I had about a 15-foot crack (mostly hairline) to fix in garage slab. I followed instructions very carefully, and I watched several videos to observe the process. Crackweld consistency is like a heavy gray milk. The newer mixing nozzle started leaking at the base and the needle nozzle kept falling off despite a firm initial application and subsequent firm replacements. The Crackweld did not set up for sand application after two passes. The leaking was quite messy and had to be wiped up as I worked. Finally, the darker brownish tube liquid (hardener?) started to come out exclusively, and I was forced to leave about one third of the product in the single tube.An ultra fast (i.e., in minutes) cure time is not advantageous for most home garage slab crack repairs. This product lends itself to commercial application where time is money. I will try to salvage some filling effect using the second tube. I will tighten the mixing and needle nozzles more firmly and use tape where appropriate. The consistency of this product needs to be just a little thicker, cure time somewhat slower, and have a needle nozzle that screws on.UPDATE: I tried to use the second tube and was only able to use about one fifth of the product. I tightened the mixing nozzle extra and taped the needle nozzle on after twisting it forcefully into place. No leaks this time; however, the product was quite difficult to get out of the single tube. So, I had a product coming out in very awkward DROPS and curing in a matter of minutes. This made crack repair very difficult indeed. I would advise against buying any two-part, single tube, elaborate mixing nozzle polyurea products. Another factor is product expiration; Crackweld had NO EXPIRATION DATE listed anywhere on the product. This may have contributed to difficulty in getting product easily out of the single tube.

Huge Foundation Crack
Never used Crackweld before. Very explanatory in the instructions. Turned out great. Need to add cmore silica sand in the box as I used all of the sand on the first tube if you can see how big my crack was. Most likely happened in 2020 when we had an earthquake and with so much snow this year in UT, the water levels are raised is why we just saw water. Excellent product. You get what you pay for.

Decent product
Used for crack repair on concrete driveway. Had to move pretty quick while applying and looked good when finished. After a couple of years, the crack is back.

Move Fast!
Like other reviews stated, this material requires you to move fast with your project. I recommend prepping the area and rehearsing your movements. I taped off the area to ensure the material went into the crack to be filled. The gun and supplies in the kit worked well with no issues. I filled hairline cracks in concrete and the smaller needle tips included in the kit worked well for this type of project. I was not able to finish the first tube leaving 25 percent still in the tube due to delays I had moving around. I was better prepared with the second tube and used all the material.
