No More Hotels When the Lights go Out!
We have had too many power outages and can’t afford to be without power, principally because of our use of a CPAP at night. So we purchased this unit. It worked very well and took care of the CPAP for the night, as well as gave us light in the evening. Super lightweight and easy to use. We were so impressed that we bought a second one, opting to get the larger unit so we had power in two different locations in the house, with multiple applications. Now we don’t have to worry about planned or unplanned outages and don’t have to go rent a hotel room for the night. It paid for itself in 3 nights!

Disgraceful customer service
Disgraceful customer service...Very disappointed to leave a poor review. When I got my product I was in love. It looked great and worked like a champ... for about ten months. Would’ve given it five stars. Then it got very twitchy, started showing symbols on the display that normally don’t illuminate, denying power to some devices, shutting itself off mid charge, taking ten times longer to charge but discharging ten times faster than usual. I reached out to customer service regarding my warrantee and here’s where we come to the one star rating. Aimtom’s customer support is a DISGRACE. If you email them it will take ten days to two weeks to get a response, they won’t answer any of your questions directly, or provide you with any information you request. It’s almost like emailing a bot, because they certainly don’t actually read the email or try to help- And they seem to delay and delay and delay until “oh I’m sorry your warrantee has expired” even though you started asking for help within the warrantee period. Try another rep? Same game. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Well worth the money!
This thing is amazing. So simple to use, just plug and play. I have a 50 watt solar panel to keep this thing charged for free. It’s so handy at the campground that I haven’t discovered all of its uses yet. Can’t go wrong with this. I saw a guy on utube using this for a small portable snowmobile sled/cabin and had to try it for myself. Well worth the money.

A+ Customer Support!
Fantastic unit and fantastic customer support. Thank you for the personal attention to detail. This unit has a built in MPPT charge controller which is a plus! I got this unit to run my CPAP machine on when I go camping. However, I can see other uses for it. Thank you for this wonderful product!

A robust and dependable power source!
This power tank keeps on going and going! I use it to power a large telescope mount as well as accessories and a laptop computer - all at the same time. Five and six-hour runs barely affect the remaining charge on the battery. Amazing!

Great, but not so great :(
Well this product worked great for about a week then I decided to tested the AC outlet with something that was less that 200watts. I started smell something burning from the inside and stopped using that part of the power supply. The lighter and USB ports still seem to work. Kind of disappointed that the AC part doesn't.

Not enough power
We bought it to power small appliances in our backyard covered patio. It doesnt have enough Volts to run a lot of the things we wanted to use it for.
