I sit on this chair everyday for over 6 hours and do a lot of studying. I love it and couldn't be happier. It has a good cushion. The arms go up and down and can be removed. It's a durable chair also. I sit on the chair in many different ways, whether it's criss-cross or one knee up. The arm handles are also comfortable. I recommend this chair. I have done the research and had my eye on this one, I do not regret it at all.
