Only one bumper. No support
Lots of issues with this item. Package came with the "bottom" bumper at the top so I thought it was missing the bottom bumper. The bumpers are supposed to keep baby from rolling, they will not. It does not come with a head bumper. I've been trying to work with seller to send the bumper I thought was missing, but I realize my mistake. This product is not worth buying, nor is it safe for babies. The bumper will not hold in place. My toddler just picked the whole think up by the bumper and it fell right off. The top part is barely raised, it will not keep baby from turning.I want to return the item but it cost $26 just to return ship it to China. I just can't see waisting more money on an item that I might not even get refunded for.I do not recommend this item. Wish I had known that it would have been a big loss. Now I have to try and sell it myself. I am not crafty, so I can't make another bumper

Cheap looking!
This was a total dissapointment. Way smaller than it looks in the ad, and very cheap looking. I bought it for a gift and will have to buy something else now.

Not same as pictured
Does NOT come with a head pillow as shown. Took a month to get. Not happy at all!

No support/cushion for newborns
This product is not safe for newborns and will not keep your baby from turning onto his/her side. The head area has very little cushion and no support.

Flat and useless
The photos made it look like it would prevent an infant from rolling onto their side. This was disappointing as it is almost flat and really serves no purpose. Also much smaller than expected. It was a waste of money for us.

Wonderful
Best product ever . I purchased with disbelief that it would comfort the baby and help with flat head or loss of hair. It's wonderful . I purchased it when my grandbaby was 1 month old , within 1 week he was sleeping through the night . helps them feel secure . I would recommend it to every mother or grandmother .

Not as thick as the picture makes it look. But it’s better than a hard surface I guess!
