between the multiple pockets, the size, the look, & the durability, this has been a great purchase!I've wanted a cross-shoulder bag like this for quite a while. i did a lot of research based on price, size, appearance, material, number of pockets, etc. this one checks every box.I've had this for several months and use it every day & take it with me everywhere. it still looks new and every zipper still zips perfectly. there are 3 main pockets, with an additional 1 in the back. that's where i put my cell phone. because it's easy to access & closest to me.the biggest main pocket is good spot for books & maybe a smaller tablet. there's also a zippered compartment inside of that pocket for skinnier things. the middle pocket i put my iPod, wallet, writing utensils, etc in. the smallest outer pocket is at the front. i typically put my work ID & other smaller random items there.the strap has also held up well so far. nicely adjustable & both ends swivel 360°, so untwisting is easy.highly recommend this bag.
