Tastes great. Was using Vanilla, switched to chocolate and have never looked back. Drink it for breakfast every morning and dropped 10 lbs. I do lots of cardio throughout the week, this helps maintain muscle mass.

I've been using Lean Pro Matrix for over 5 years! It's one of , if not THE best protein on the market. It contains 34 grams per serving, which is higher than any other protein powder I've seen (per grams of serving size). When I take it, I always tell I have an improvement with building lean muscle and recovery. If you're in sports where you don't need to gain lots of mass like I am (wrestling and rowing), but still need to build lean muscle, this is your protein. Chocolate is probably my favorite flavor of them all. Don't believe the sheep who think you need to gain fat before muscle either! Protein gainers are great if you're trying to put on weight as they contain the carbs you need, but this is all protein.I use this protein mainly when I wake up and before I go to bed (low glycemic load). True review: Used to buy it at Nutrition Zone stores all around the city. $60-65 was the price of 5lbs. You get 57 servings of 34 grams of complex protein with 6700 -8000 mg of aminos per serving. It is the best price for what you can possibly get there. The cheapest. Sugar is very low but it is kind of too sweet on taste for me (vanilla). Very good solution for those who are trying to maintain muscle mass or add up lean mass while decreasing calories and loosing fat. If you wanna gain general bulky mass, I would rather recommend some gainer with lots of carbs in it. Cause this one doesnt contain carbs almost. All tastes are good. Best are chocolate and banana. Strawberry is ok. Vanilla is too much vanilla. Mixes very well unless you use really cold water or milk. If it is too cold, use blender rather, otherwise, shaker does the job pretty well. Several shakes and ready to use it. This is my all day and all time protein since 2013. Dont buy any other. Highly recommend to try it. It is definitely worth the money. Didn't buy this product on here since my local nutrition store stocks it, this is what I think of it...Great Tasting, cookies and cream is delicious.Definitely recover faster and have more energy in the gym, although I can't give this all the credit as I take one other supplement and have started a healthier diet.I noticed my hair was getting healthier and thicker (was getting a little thin previously due to aging) but did some research and the Hydrolyzed collagen that is in this product is known for a lot of cosmetic benefits, thicker and healthier hair being one.In all I feel great and time will tell with results, would definitely recommend this product!

I love this protein powder! It tastes great and mixes really well. It has more protein and less calories than any others I have tried in the past. I will definitely be buying this product again.
