There isn't one thing about this product that I did not like. It's perfect even after only the 1st use I got a serious pump in my work outs.Easy to use really affective. Definitely suggest using if you want to get more out of your pumps and workouts all around.

I like the fact the product is comfortable and should last a long time. What I dislike is the fact they do not clip but for the money, well worth the purchase. You have to put them on and fasten them to the correct tightness every time. If they clipped, you could have these set and ready to go without having to thread them and tighten every time.

Overall the bands are good, once you figure out how to loop the band through the locking mechanism as there are no instructions in the package on how to do this.

Seems to fit all of the requirements for good blood flow restriction training, works well.. Another company had metal buckles that dug into skin. Also if you look into bfrt it shows that 40% occlusion is as good as 80%. No need for metal buckles.

Awesome for getting a physical work out with each rep. BFR bands are excellent for people who want results without risking injury.

Easy to use and effective. Massive muscle pump and veins allover everytime I use this occlusion straps. Well done Armageddon Sports.
