Messed up my teeth, please be careful
Please see pictures. The far left is the first day of using this, the 2 right ones at 2 weeks after. I will stop using these as they are making the condition worse. Teeth are more misaligned and more space is created between each tooth. It hurts a lot, especially my jaw. I can take the pain if it actually made things better. Woke up with bleeding gums every morning. One of the worst decisions ever. On to Invisalign

Works well
I do have some pain but after only 3 days the results are amazing!! I needed a minor adjustment after not wearing a retainer for a few years my tooth began to shift. I do wish that the tongue target was a little less tight but other than that I may have desired results within a week or so. Bottom photo is after wearing retainer for 3 days. That tooth has always been troublesome for me.

Made wrong
The placement of the top front teeth in the guard are directly on top of the bottom front teeth. The front teeth placement in the guard should be a little forward and the back teeth a little back. Otherwise, this trainer trains the front top teeth to bite directly down on the bottom top teeth potentially causing the teeth to chip. The front top teeth should bite down over the bottom front row like normal mouths.

No instructions
No instructions with the package so not sure how long you're supposed to wear each stage. I just got them so not sure how well they work yet... I will update after a couple weeks.

Little by little
Been wearing stage 1 for a few hours a day. Can immediately notice a shift in teeth. I hope the following stages fit. There isn't a lot of pain unless you have badly overlapping or gapped teeth. My top row is fine, but my bottom premolars and canines dont like up with my incisors. This is proving a good alternative to permanent braces. You won't be able to talk (or vape) with these trainers in.

Made my teeth worse?
I really liked the idea of having my mouth get used to them with different sizes, little by little. I think it hurt my gums more than straightened my teeth, though. At first, I felt a ~very~ slight shift in my bottom teeth, but the top and bottom spaces in the 'retainer' are the same areas, so it seemed to push my top teeth in and my bottom teeth out. Might work if your teeth are overlapping in the front, but mine are a bit tilted inward, so it just seemed to make them worse, unfortunately.

First day trying it
First day trying it, looking for a budget friendly way to help with the overcrowding on my lower teeth. I instantly feel the pressure on that area. I'll check in at stage 2.
