The bottle was cracked and it leaked all over my apartment and I can’t return it because it’s a food item.

I found this a couple dollars cheaper in other stores like World Market.

Open the package and found the syrup had leaked in the packaging. This item is not refundable which leaves me with a leaking bottle that is continuing to leak.

I bought this for coffee and find it tastes more like gross artificial butterscotch than a true caramel. No depth or richness, just fake and sweet. I may be biased because I absolutely hate butterscotch and any hint of it really turns me off of a flavor.The salted caramel is 10000x more of a true caramel flavor. I'm on my second bottle of that one.Note: it's not a dessert sauce. It isn't supposed to be. A simple syrup is supposed to be equal parts water and sugar (or fake sugar in this case). So yes, it is runny. Even when chilled it is still more like a viscous water than a pancake syrup or ice cream sauce.

I have tried a large number of syrups across cafes, and at home. While the regular sugar-based Torani is a good option in most cases, I hoped the sugar-free version was at least decent. I was wrong.It was the only one available (the regular ones were sold out) so I took a chance. What a mistake. I tried it in a hot and a cold drink - both of them I had to pour out. The best way I can describe it is going to the dentist and they offer you caramel-flavoured fluoride after your cleaning.

I only use this in coffee, so I can't talk about how good it is for anything else. It isn't syrupy, so I don't know if it would be a good topping for ice cream or other similar uses. But it's a great flavouring for coffee. For me, about a quarter of a teaspoon is plenty in a cup of coffee, so the bottle will last me a long time. This and the sugar-free chocolate are my favourite flavours in this line.

I had the Salted Caramel flavour before and really liked it, but it was out of stock so I bought this instead. What a disappointment. How this one can taste SO artificial when the Salted Caramel didn't is baffling. I am now wary of trying other Torani flavours if the taste quality varies this much.

Hatte mir eine kleine Flasche aus den Staaten mitgebracht und war begeistert vom Geschmack, sodass ich hier auf der Suche war für Nachschub. (Verwende es für meinen Zuckerfreien Eiskaffee)Nunja, was soll ich sagen, es ist die gleiche Marke nur in ner großen Flasche...ABER es fühlte sich wesentlich schwächer konzentriert, sprich man brauchte deutlich höhere Dosierung für einen ähnlichen Geschmack...Dazu der satte Preis... nein, da bin ich doch schwer enttäuscht... Habe noch andere Marken probiert und bin jetzt bei hochkonzentrierten Tropfen gelandet.
