I needed more fiber in my diet and this has made a significant change for me. Highly recommend this yummy fiber drink.

Didn’t help regularity, actually chip fiber from CVS worked better for me. There was bloating sometimes after this product. Won’t buy it again, to expensive for nothing special.

The product is effective and when added to my protein shakes, helps with my digestion and has a good flavor.
