Solves a functional problem fashionably
I was skeptical of the price point of these relative to other shoe straps, but they delivered. There's not much wiggle room in length (I'm US women's size 10 wide and I wanted these for platform pumps) but the strap is wide and has a long enough velcro strip they securely hold. You can choose where on your foot to place them (towards or away from the toe box) and they are both wide enough to provide a sense of stability AND have enough decorative details they look intentional and like part of the shoe design, unlike some of the more plain straps. I have a couple pair of heels that I just tend to step out of, particularly if I'm not in the moo for taking dainty little lady steps. These strap my pumps on securely enough I can keep my normal gait without feeling them start to slip off. Definitely increases my confidence in these heels!
