It's a neat belly book. It's made of hard card board and is not too heavy. You can comfortably place it on your belly while flipping pages as you read to your little one :)

Beautiful book actually made me cry at the end

I was completely unsure what to read for a baby that I am yet to meet. But this book is a soothing way to delve into your eagerness to meet the child and also talk about something basic like 5 senses than some complex emotions that other first books give. As the book says prop it on your belly and read it everyday until baby arrives.. it works as a good transitional book as well during first few weeks after birth..

I love reading this to my lil one, the print is amazing & has a dreamy feel.
