A very cool bag that fits snugly under the top frame bar
PROSfits snugly under the top frame baris as wide is it can be but not so wide your legs hit itthere is a flap over the opening in addition to a zipperdoes not interfere with my bottle cage on the seatpost bar.its uniquely cool. no one else has a bike bag like itCONSthe opening is a little tight, larger items can get in but its not a widemouthso useful I intend on keeping it on as long as it lasts

Good size, solid fitting
Great bag. Good capacity, listed for 26" bike. Will interfere with downtube water bottle removal. Access on side a bit tricky. Otherwise nicely designed. No idea if weather-proof but looks hopeful.

cute as a button
I don't have an electra (ride a specialized) but still fits reasonably. I needed a purse type thing and this fits the bill. There is room for a wallet, phone and bike tool. Small opening is a bit of a problem, but I wanted a bag that I could remove and use one longer trips from home if I wanted to shop or eat (carry as a purse) and thins works.Small opening is not a problem when used as a purse.

Works great for the price
Works awesome but yes the opening zipper being in the side is short. But overall great for the price, I also wish there were more color options but I guess electra townies are not as popular as they used to be.
