Firstly, let me say that I was born with flat feet, and in having flat feet, like others that have this condition can tell you is that your feet get tired, sore, and downright stressed out a lot quicker than someone who doesn't. The weight distribution puts pressure in areas that probably shouldn't be. I bought these to put in my work shoes because recently my heels have been aching. I received my package in the mail from Amazon, and read the instructions. After pulling out the factory inserts of my new balance size 15 shoes and placing these inside, it was ready to go....and do you know what happened? For the first time in a long time, I came home from an 8 hour day, walking approximately 10 miles (according to my fit bit) and I felt great, I felt I could probably have walked another 10, no problem.
