After only six months, the lights no longer work and neither the manufacturer or Amazon will repair or replace. I have seen other LED mirrors of the same size that are just as nice looking and have a five year warranty. Buyer beware on this one!

Had to update my original review after less than 3 months of owning the mirror rust started forming in between the glass and we can't seem to get it out. It looks like it is only going to get worse and I have no idea why it is happening.Customer service responded quickly and promptly. After they made an offer that I felt didn't make up for the issue they offered to replace the mirror. The first replacement came broken because UPS said they aren't supposed to deliver packages like that.The second one came fine. I haven't been able to mount it yet because I have to take down the old one and get someone to help mount the new one but I am happy with the service they provided and I do get a lot of compliments on the mirror. Hopefully this one will be good!The mirror comes with all the mounting you need so it's fairly easy to do but you need two people to do it. I had bought another mirror similar and the mounting was not included and it would have been a disaster so this is definitely easier especially if you are mounting it yourself.

We ordered two of these for master bath redo. We were having a lot done--not just the bathroom. I ordered everything early so we would have the dimensions, etc... These mirrors arrived quickly. We opened the boxes and pulled packing away to check for breaks. Neither appeared broken. Then they sat around for two weeks until the electrician removed one to check wiring requirements. The mirror was still fine. Then they sat for another two weeks until it was finally time to install. First mirror went in great. Beautiful. Works great. Bright. Love it. Second mirror was cracked UNDER the corner packing on the bottom two corners. So I pull up Amazon to return it and find we're two days past the return period. If you buy these PULL THEM COMPLETELY OUT OF THE PACKAGING to check. Buyer beware. I wish I had been.

Mirror arrived in perfect condition. However lacked installation instructions, warranty information or any sort of paperwork. Upon a licensed electrician installing the mirror it will not function correctly. I have reached out to the company to see if they will provide trouble shooting information. The blue and red light will light up but the LEDs will only dimly glow then eventually turn off. I will update this if we receive any information back or if the electrician finds something upon his return.

I purchased two of these mirrors, one for each of my bathroom remodels. One of them works beautifully, the other has been fickle, to say the least. It worked well for about five days then it would sporadically turn on after touching the button. The times that I was able to turn it on, I would have to switch my circuit breaker to turn in off. The company offered a solution by sending a replacement mirror, that had the very same problem! I wasted money on this mirror and the numerous times I had to have an electrician instal and troubleshoot. I wish I had read a review like this before I purchased. Don't waste your money. I'm giving it one star since the other mirror has worked well so far, so you have a 1/3 chance you'll receive a fully functioning mirror.

Make sure you understand lumens before you purchase this mirror. It's rated at 4400 lumens, but is actually 360 (the same as a 40 watt bulb).Basically useless for lighting.

I bought this mirror for my newly remodeled bathroom. I am in love with it. So sleek and I love the built in LED lights. It goes well with the tile, paint and fixtures I bought. Very easy to install. Highly recommend it. (The pics I added was with the bathroom light on and without the bathroom light on)

We bought this mirror and thought it looked good and although it did we were extremely disappointed with the sound quality. My iPhone 10 sounds better. it has a very high pitched no warmth and terrible reverberation. i'm not expecting Sonos quality but not this either..Also how dim the LED light was around the mirror. it basically don't do anything. we contacted the team and they didn't reply and we were extremely disappointed with the expensive price and poor quality product. don't buy. not recommending it.

Purchased because we wanted a mirror with bright light with dimmer switch, and anti-fog. After installation we discovered the light is not very bright, and there is no dimmer button incorporated into this model. Very disappointing.There are vague to no instructions for the bluetooth function. Must press "on" button to turn on the mirror light. Cannot wire it to turn on with wall switch...also disappointing.

The mirror is beautiful, easy to install, as you can see we are in the midst of renovations and we have already got compliments about the mirror and where we bought it from. It was delivered on time in excellent packaging

We like this mirror, but it could be a lot brighter. Also the on button under the glass is not a fully lit circle - only about 2/3 of the circle is lit, so it looks a little funny. Looks good in our bathroom though.
