Can't connect win7

I did not buy this on amazon, but it is the same item.When I received mine it would not power up, after doing a little digging into the circuit I came to realize the voltage regulator labeled 7805 was in backwards, even though it matched the silk screen on the board.After verifying this several times looking at data sheets and the way the voltage needed to go, I desoldered the 7805 chip and "flipped" it, after that the board worked perfectly.So be warned the silk screen may be wrong on this model and the 7805 may be in backwards.
