My 15 year old Boston was having some issues and I decided to try this as a supplement to his eating regimine. I only gave it to him once because he became very ill after he ate it. The pieces were big and quite hard so I broke them up for him because I was afraid that they would pose a choking hazard to an elderly dog with fewer teeth. He did get them down but ended up with diarrhea and vomiting within hours. He had eaten nothing else out of the ordinary.
