I was more than pleased with these breast forms--they fit better (38DD) than the "professional" breast form prescribed by my doctor, which cost four times as much for ONE! They are straight back rather than curved with a soft insert, but I simply put a thin round cloth shoulder pad next to my skin, which works perfectly to prevent irritation.
