Oh darn they changed the ingredients. Yuck.
I used to love these cookie dough bulletproof bars until they changed the ingredients. No longer do they use organic cashews. No longer do they use Brain octane oil. They added what tastes like artificial ingredients. Shame on them. Oh and the bar is smaller now too. I used to be probably their #1 cookie dough customer before they dumbed down their ingredients. Don’t they think their customers would taste the difference and notice how the ingredients are no longer acceptable? Oh well, their recipe change has saved me a lot money and saved me calories & carbs. But I still do miss the original “organic” recipe with Brain octane oil.

Not as good as they used to be
I really loved these (vanilla shortbread flavor) before they changed them (I'm not sure how long ago it was, but it was a while ago). They have a slight meaty (?) or earthy flavor now? It's hard to describe. They used to be so delightful I had a hard time stopping at one (even though they were oily, crumbly, and stuck in my teeth). Now they are still all those negative things (maybe slightly less crumbly) but taste terrible to boot.

Hard pass on whatever this flavor is
I love the Bulletproof brand and just tried some of their protein bars for the first time. Protein bars aren't exactly known for being delicious, but even in light of that, this flavor is a swing and a SPECTACULAR miss, which is all the more weird because I love cashew butter, coconut oil, coffee, vanilla, and literally every flavor ingredient in here. The sum of all its ingredients is somehow worse than each of its parts. In the interest of keeping this short, I'll go with my top two gripes - the texture was REALLY oily, and the flavor in no way resembled a cafe latte - in fact, I probably wouldn't have guessed that it was supposed to be coffee flavored were it not printed on the packaging. On the plus side, it was healthy. To be clear, I do genuinely like some of their other protein bar flavors, particularly the chocolate dipped coconut cream, so this is in no way an indictment of the brand as a whole. This particular flavor took me back to the days of suffering through early first-gen protein bars that tasted terrible because they were healthy.

The shrinking bar
This bar gets smaller and smaller every time I buy it. Not to mention the price keeps increasing. It's good, but pretty soon, it will be bite-size for $10

Bulletproof bars are sugar free
I love these. No sugar (they have stevia). Different texture, but I let them sort of melt in my mouth a bit and then they are fine. They are a great aid when staying away from sugar. Half a bar often does the trick when I have a craving. I like all the flavors I've tried. It's hard to find sugar-free, honey or molasses or maple syrup-free bars!!! These are good.

Like a mini dessert with protein in it
Reminds me of eating a condensed strawberry shortcake (minus the strawberry). If I'm trying to eat healthier and avoid a lot of carbs this bar helps me feel as though I'm eating then and satiates that desire. I love the taste of this one over the other flavors

Seeds!
The flavor of the bar is really good, but the only thing that Ruins the experience is the raspberry seeds. I can’t stand raspberry seeds because they get stuck in my teeth. I’ll stick to the lemon bar flavor.

So perfect yet expensive
These are great - when they are on sale. The chocolate flavor and the nutrition data are perfect. I especially like that it has collagen while leaving the milk and whey out.
