It works!
Go figure...after wasting money on almost a dozen different waist trainers, the one I receive free is the one that actually works! I give this Sports Waist Trainer 4.5 stars (5 on Amazon since a 4 wouldn't be fair). My only issue is that I wish it was a bit longer from top to bottom, but other than that this is the best one I've tried so far. I own many waist trainers and I compare all of them to my first waist trainer because I have been trying to find one that works as well since I had children. Aside from the one I own that was made for my smaller body (back when I was a size 5), this is the strongest one and only one that has been able to keep my rolls in check! The outside feels like rubber and the inside is cloth material. I have never tried one made from latex, maybe that's why this one works.[NOTE: It's easier to hook from bottom to top].For choosing the right size, their size chart is pretty accurate. I unfortunately have a 32" waist so I ordered a Large. I considered ordering a Medium, because I wanted it to suck in my mid section drastically, but it's a good thing I didn't because I would have probably ruined any chance to have kids in the future. The Large was hard to put on by myself which is expected for the first time, but I was determined because I wanted to use it with my workout today. This thing is tight and keeps the stomach and waist line smooth. I wasn't able to move my mid section much while wearing it today, so my workout consisted of squats, bench presses, weights and the elliptical. I couldn't do any crunches or sit-ups, because it forces me to keep my back straight. I don't know if it will stretch any down the line to make ab workouts possible in the future, but I hope not.It definitely gets the job done. It's comfortable, and I can tell that it's helped with ...
This Sports Waist Trainer is comfortable, and I can tell that it's helped with posture, but I would never wear this while working out (as it is supposedly designed to be worn). Also, the hooks aren't all lined up the right way, and so they pop open and it can be difficult to get on. This would be good as shapewear, but I probably won't use it for much else.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
