After buying mostly drugstore hair barrettes I was nicely surprised at the quality of this barrette! It holds my thick hair without pulling thanks to its rubbery grip liner and fastens and unfastens easily. The tortoise shell part is nice and thick but it isn’t heavy. Very elegant!

This is a nice barrette that seems to be well-made. I like the rubber that’s on the clip part because it holds well in my hair. I also ordered this particular barrette because I was looking for the metal clips as opposed to the plastic ones. I ordered the bread and black and also in tortoiseshell. In the picture, the black barrette is on top and the tortoiseshell on the bottom. As you can see, they are extremely close in color. I was hoping that the tortoiseshell was a little lighter as it was shown in the picture online. Therefore, I am giving only four stars because of the very dark tortoiseshell color otherwise I would’ve given the barrettes five stars.

Top Quality !!!!! I have fine hair and most barrettes just slide down. This is so comfortable and stays in place all day !!!! The quality is outstanding and I will only buy future barrettes from this company !!!

Love the color and style of this barrette. The blue is great for wearing with jeans, and the size and shape are perfectly designed for hair like mine—thick and quite frizzy. It holds my hair perfectly. Pricey, but worth it. Have purchased other barrettes from this company before, and they are well made and very sturdy.
