Complete 5.3 AFM Lifter Replacement Kit

The o-rings for the injectors weren't the same as the ones I took off. The intake gaskets were the problematic ones GM first used. Had to buy the updated ones and injector o-rings locally. Thought I was getting a better deal. I would buy items locally so you know what your getting.

This comes with everything needed to replace all the lifters. AFM and Non AFM. The VLOM comes with a filter already in it as well as a spare. It took me 9 hours to tear everything down and put it back together. Working like a champ.

Had to do it twice since the lifters are of cheaper quality. They did provide me with a partial refund since I had to go a different route for lifter even though they kept saying alleged lifter defective. Everything but the lifters was good.

do not buy these lifters unless you want to replace them again originally had collapsed lifters on number six used this kit and replaced all of the lifters vlom gaskets and bolt didnt go 20 miles and lost number 7 spent another 500 for new lifters bolts and head gaskets again northern approved a return of all parts in original packages at a 20% restocking fee and i have to pay shipping also you can not return used parts if you want to piss away 700 dollars then this is the kit for you

Really like how it was packaged nice and safe I used this on a 07 Chevy Silverado

Spent almost twenty hours total installing this kit...finally got the engine put back together. Turns out I replaced a squeaky lifter for one that doesn't work at all...brand new afm lifter not activating, causing a misfire...now I have to take my engine apart again.

The gaskets are the only thing that worked....3 weeks after buying this product one of the afm lifters fell apart inside my engine...so now I am going to spend another $1000 for an entire delete.

Do not buy this kit!!! Cheap lifters and headgaskets!! It was installed by a technician with greater than 30 years experience.
