Lobster Costume, Size Adult Standard

I love sea creatures and the ocean, so naturally I had to be a lobster for Halloween. I wore this costume on tv because I host a morning show called daily flash and I was able to use witty on liners like ‘cut it out’ and ‘make it snappy’ while wearing this costume and it worked because of the context. I still wear it occasionally when I haven’t gone fishing in a while to feel more in-tune with the ocean and all of its wonder and mystery.

This costume was great! I am a 5'7'' lady and it was a bit big for me, but I wasnt totally drowning. The claws were well designed because there are slits in the middle for your hands (and you can, therefore, hold a beer). One downside is that the head piece would fall off if I bent down (or really only looked down) so I had my head most of the way through the head piece all night. Also, this cosutme is REALLY WARM, so if you are planning on being indoors for your halloween party, you may need to plan on taking the claws and head piece off a few times throughout the night. It was great for bar-hopping in the cold midwest, though!!

The costume is well made with cute features...belly feelers and a long tail. It needed to be customized ...we added Velcro to the sides, head piece and to the claws. This is best done on the person wearing it. We also added red body suit and red face paint.Turned out very cute.

I purchased this for my senior prom because the theme was “under the sea.” At first I was skeptical because I thought it might be a little tacky, however once it arrived I was pleased to find it was a real attention grabber. So many people complimented me and said I looked so “unique.” 10/10 would recommend, very happy with this purchase :)
