I am Vietnamese-American who lives quite a distance from the nearest oriental grocery store. I'm happy that I was able to find this on Amazon to make bun rieu, a Vietnamese crab-noodle soup. It is a little overpriced but I was able to get what I need to carry out my dad's bun rieu recipe! But overall, I would recommend.
