Extra Thin CGF adheres to moist and dry surfaces to seal off the wounds and promotes faster healing than conventional gauze.
It can be used as a primary hydrocolloid dressing for dry to lightly exuding wounds.
A thin polyurethane film provides a bacterial and viral barrier when the dressing remains intact and without leakage. The film provides a waterproof barrier over the dressing.
It is designed to reduce the risk of further skin breakdown due to friction by preventing contact with clothes/bed linen.

Convatec DuoDERM Extra Thin Dressing is a conformable and flexible hydrocolloid dressing. It covers the susceptible areas of the body and gently protects the skin at risk of breakdown or the newly formed tissue.
