Japanese chain for a Japanese bike
I bought this in 2019 to replace the OEM chain with 20k mi that i had adjusted to the extreme. The new chain lasted over 2 years and 25k, so similar to OEM. Nice thing is it needed little month to month tension adjustment until the last three months. Then it stretched (lengthening) all at once before and after my last tire change two months ago.Bought a replacement and got it with no worries in about 5 days. I think it is better to buy a new chain instead of removing a link like I did as a poor kid.Oh, BTW, the clip master link is fine. Despite other reviews, the plate is supposed to need to be pressed on with a link vise presser, till you can just get the spring clip on. Then the O rings are correct, not squished. Don't drill out the plate to easily slip over the pins.

Perfect fit.
When I noticed the ends of the pins on the master link had worn down I needed a new one pronto! Got it quick, got it right!

Perfect replacement fit
I ordered this because the original chain on my 2017 Honda NC700X began making popping and snapping noises when starting out or accelerating. The original chain had 19K miles and a lot of dirty, dusty, offroad travel, so it was time to go. I ordered the 114 link according to the manual and it was a perfect fit. I already had an RK chain tool and that made removing the old chain and installing the new chain and master link a snap, literally. After adjusting the chainline and slack, the noise is completely gone and the bike is much smoother and quieter. Time will tell about the durability, but I don't plan on using the bike in the same conditions as before, so I expect this chain to last quite a while. If you plan on replacing the chain yourself, I would highly recommend a quality chain tool. With the ownership of multiple motorcycles over the years, it has paid for itself easily, and is a must have on a long road trip.

Made in Japan - A good thing
Unlike most items this chain is still made in Japan like the brand always has been. Good Quality.

Great chain for the money
I’ve rode over 10hrs on this chain on very muddy trails and I still haven’t had to tighten the chain since I first installed it
