I saw this cookbook at our friends’ cabin and started reading all the recipes. They’re easy, healthy, and I had to find my own copy as soon as I got home. I would recommend this to anyone who wants simple, easy to follow recipes. This book is full of them.

Bought this book for my mother and she absolutely loves it. She has tried many recipes and loves all the helpful hints the author has to share. The recipes include simple ingredients that most people have, so you don't have to spend a fortune getting everything you need.

Evelyn Tribole's Healthy Homestyle cookbooks are excellent value. She not only details interesting low fat recipes but explains how she decreased the fat and calorie content which gives individuals great ideas for converting their own favourite recipes. Food values are given for each recipe. These are the best cookbooks I have found for people on a restrictive diet and the recipes are interesting enough for anyone who simply wants to cook in a more healthful way.

Haven't made anything yet but looking at the recipes and they have a lot of good recipes to choose from.came in very good shape.Has calories ,fat and cholesterol info.Great pictures at the end of each section.I like them with the recipe,but that's fine to me.

I changed my eating habits and found this cookbook to be a great one to keep handy for recipes that are truly healthy and yet very tasty. I use it all the time and would recommend it to anyone wanting to eat healthy but good food.

My daughter's copy was lost during her recent move and she was very unhappy about that. Since this was an old book (with fantastic recipes) I had a hard time finding one to surprise her with. Finally tried Amazon and according to them they had one left. I ordered it and it arrived within a couple of days. Very pleased.
