It does a great job at scrubbing but unless you're incredibly delicate, the extender will not stay in place for more than a few seconds. I had to resort to using rubber bands to stop them turning into a yoyo.

These are o.k. but to big to get between shower doors where they cross over otherwise o.k.

Great brushes, perfect for sports bottles or baby bottles. The end sponge fits perfectly into the rims of bottles and the plastic shaft is flexible enough to allow you to push it against the edge of the bottle to really clean it. However please be aware that doing this will result in the shaft snapping after a while which isn't great.Shaft is extendable as well so can clean any size bottle. Although the longer you extend it the less sturdy it becomes.
