All Natural Soft Chews, Pineapple Mango, 30 Count

I am in the fitness industry. I am also vegetarian. I also can get jittery with caffeine and energy products. FRS does not do this. FRS has the vitamins I need and gives me amazing energy for my work and my workout!

This stuff works and tastes great. Hard though. Not for kids! I originally got this from FRS' website and was pleasantly surprised they have this compound available on Amazon (what isn't on Amazon nowadays..) and got some here. The expiration date was far away but the chews were very stiff, not sure if during transport they melted/reconstituted by the time it reached me but they were a tad bit deformed, didn't affect the taste.The reason these are great is the antioxidant aspect- the active ingredient of quercetin is great for post-workout stress so I always take two or three chews after a workout or immediately before and I've seen the effects. Better than eating a banana or something large before a workout or post-workout since that sometimes makes my stomach queasy.Overall- the taste is great, like a candy and not medicinal except for the first millisecond of the first bite. I would recommend these and have to friends. Don't expect a surge of energy.. a Red Bull or Coffee will do that- but this provides ample quercetin for it's purpose and I wouldn't use these in place of an energy boost.Only docked 1-Star since the delivery of the chews that were deformed and a bit stiff to chew left much to be desired. 5-Star for the product and it's effectiveness.

These are great, and actually work. I pop one in before a workout when I'm feeling tired and I last noticeably longer at the gym.

I like these very much, they are a good addition to my vegetarian diet.I feel a slight increase in energy over time.They taste good, but leave a bad odor on your breath (all flavors) until you brush.They also slightly stain your tongue.They are pricey so I do not get them often.

Energy high and no crash. My body doesn't process caffeine well but these are great with the small amount of caffeine and load of vitamins​.
