Faux Real Brick Looking Heavy Thick Textured Wallpaper

I ordered many rolls of paper here on Amazon. Not knowing how they would look once received and looked at them. This particular paper looks great on their image of it but is totally different. I took off the outer clear package around it to see the complete pattern and texture and it's horrible. Looks like shiny contact paper. The mortar color isn't natural at all. But you can't see that when it's all rolled up and in the package. I never cut into it at all. Now the seller will not take it back because the outer wrapper is off. That is crazy! How many consumers can see the actual look of a wallpaper without unrolling it? They said it's not there means of their return policy. Well had I known because who ever reads those fine lines. They blamed the image issue of the paper on the resolution of my IPad. No, this paper isn't at all what it shows. I had other issues with other opened rolls and had no problem returning them. Money wasted and I feel a terrible way to run a business
