I’m calling BS!
Waste of money. Not at all accurate!!! I tested myself and showed a reading of 3.0.... Awesome, Great News!!! Not quite, I had my husband blow, he tested as a 2.0! He doesn’t follow the Keto diet and I know for a fact he is NOT in ketosis! Not with the huge bowl of ice cream he ate last night!

Doesn't seem accurate
0.00-0.50 mmol/l = ketosis begins0.50-3.00 mmol/l = optimal zone3.00-5.00 mmol/l = starvation>5.00 mmol/l = badI tried two of these meters and neither one seemed to work. I am aware that researchers say using a ketone breath tester can take a little bit of "skill". The reason for this seems to be that you are trying to make sure to get the last little bit of air out of your lungs and across the sensor to accurately measure the acetone (a ketone body) in your lungs. Otherwise the meter can give you a low reading. However I had a lot more problems than just low reading with this meter. The first meter I had two people around me that should not have been in ketosis try the meter as well as myself. It would simply measure everyone at the same level of ketones. This number would change throughout the day for example it might measure everyone at exactly 2.70 mmol/l in the morning and .40 mmol/l in the evening but everyone measured the same no matter what time of day it was done or which person tried it first. So I figured I had gotten a defective product and returned it to order another one. I also ordered some of the standard urine strips at the same time I reordered the second one. When I used the urine strips I tested in keto (should be about 2.00-3.00 mmol/l) but the breath tester showed me at 0.00 mmol/l and then it showed two people that should NOT been in keto over 1.00 mmol/l (one was at 1.40 mmol/l the other was at 2.70 mmol/l).Perhaps someone got better results than I did, but personally I would not recommend this product.

This worked well for me
I am skeptical about this ketone breath analyzer at the beginning. If I don't eat low carbs, it will make my body enter the ketosis state, so I got the data 0 by using this meter. After a week of low carbohydrate diet, I took the test again, which gave me a reading of 1.7, I think this data is quite enough for me to refer.
