I ordered the ex-large for comfort. don't like it too snug' its comfortable.. as for the magnets they advertise that are in it. they don't exist. still helps to keep warm.

too small for my husband. It look pretty long in the picture but in reality it is only about six or .eight inches long. Had to return the item.found one at walmart for $9.99 call copper therapy knee warmer as seen on TV.
