Best thing since sliced bread!!

Lovely sharp knife but it is a little on the shorter side, hence the 4 stars; measurements were on the description but you never really know until you use it. Great for a sandwich loaf but a little more challenging for something flatter/wider like a tiger loaf. Nice sturdy handle unlike the one that it replaced, which was rubber and eventually perished meaning the blade detached. It's gone through the dishwasher several times already with no issues but I guess only time will tell if it will last.

Decent knife for cheap.

Good quality knife, easy to use and clean.

Good knives don't come cheap. This knife really is bargain priced and is better than might be expected for the price but it is not a great knife. Certainly it can cut bread but it tears as it cuts and makes a lot of crumb. I found it slightly short for cutting a fresh loaf. You use it by sawing your way through and the slightly short blade means more sawing actions are required. Again for the price it is well made with the steel of the blade continuing to the end of the handle which is securely riveted to the blade. If you like it I would expect it to last a long time. If you don't like it then it will be around for longer than you would want it. Good value for the price and if you don't cut bread very often. I will be buying a better one when I have built up the courage to spend a bit more on a higher quality product.
