The material was not as expected(shown in the picture) but good in its own way..its not the rough material as in the picture.ordered on 5th feb n received on 25th!

The product is awesome..i liked it...The finishing of the bag is smooth and the colour is shiny...the price is worth it.

The item I got have a change. The big bag was of same size, but the small one that shows in the picture is entirely different to that I got. The size and style is exactly different. The inside of the bag is also different with the picture.

Quality is not so good

The bag material and finishing is fine but the dimensions mentioned in inches are completely wrong. I wanted a backpack to fit a 13inch laptop and since it says the height is 14inches I chose to buy it. The actual height is only 12inches and even the bottom width instead of the shown 5inches approx is barely 3inches. Even the inner pouch is tiny and square not the horizontal rectangle as shown in the picture. In fact the whole bag is a square shape rather than the vertical backpack shown in the product pictures.Considering if I should return it or not because it’s for a gift and I don’t have time to repurchase but I’m considering it. Also the exchange option only shows the brown version of the same bag with bigger dimensions mentioned (that I now do not believe are real).
