Best Sleeping Pills Ever
When people think of sleeping pills, there are really two different options to think of:1. you want a pill to help you fall asleep OR2. you want a pill to help you stay asleep.The ingredients of these pills are not aimed at exclusively sedating you like a tranquilizer, but they are more mellow and calm you down with ingredients like chamomile and ashwagandha. So, I take them two hours before bed to feel relaxed when it is time to call it a night. My eyes do feel slightly heavy at bedtime then, and you just want to curl up under a blanket at that point. Additionally, it helps my anxiety in that my mind isn't racing or making checklists while I'm trying to sleep.I have been trying different sleeping pills for years, and most leave me groggy the next day. These, however, do not. These are the sleeping pills I compare all others to. Try them. You won't regret it.

Find your balance.
I do like the product and feel that my sleep is more effective.I have found that 1 pill is enough for me and encourage others to start slow, to find what works best for them. Two pills was too much for me.

Try it!
For me this stuff works rather well. I usually have a hard time falling asleep when I want to, and this makes it so I can better relax. I wouldn't recommend having the tv on or anything distracting, as I found it wouldn't work as well. Only thing I would add is I do tend to have some strange dreams.

Did not work for me
These sleeping pills didn't work for me at all and the worse is that it gaves me some really bad heartburn all night long. That was a waste of money and by the time I wanted to return it was too late. I don't recommend it at all

Unique and Impressive
Most comparable products contain higher amounts of Melatonin with at least 3mg or more. I have taken Melatonin at these higher doses so many times and never once been able to avoid the really bad groggy morning effect which manifests itself in several different forms of suffering for hours. With Steel Dreams the melatonin amount is only 0.33mg per capsule. You could get used to taking 1-3 of these capsules a night and not have to overdue the Melatonin. Another positive feature of this product is that it has low doses of so many different sleep/relaxation nutrients and vitamins including Magnesium. Kudos to whoever came up with this.
