Loving 🥰 this Deodorant, plus a few tips
I can’t believe I’m one of the first people to write an Amazon review for a product! So excited!!! I even added the first pictures 📸First off, I’m a fan of Green Tidings deodorant. I’ve tried at least 20 natural deodorants since I went all natural for skincare 10 years ago. I keep going back to Green Tidings even though it’s a pricier brand. It’s the only natural deodorant that keeps odor at bay for 24 hours. For years there appeared to be only two scents: unscented and lavender. I prefer the unscented, the lavender being a little strong for me.I was so excited when I searched Amazon and found there are multiple new scents. Of the new choices I went for Orange Vanilla, hoping it would smell like a creamsicle—Which It Does! If you prefer strong vanilla overtones you may be disappointed. It’s a very clean scent unisex fragrance. Also, the performance is great. Still works for 24+ hours. The scent does fade slightly over a day. Now, it is just a deodorant, not an antiperspirant, so you can get perspiration on a hot day or when working out. Also, remember that less is more when using deodorants with baking soda. 2 swipes on each underarm at most. I use one swipe on most work days. Too much application can lead to irritation. When first using a new stick it may be hard to apply because of the flat top. Just stick with it and it will conform to your body.I’ve also not gotten underarm build up on my shirts. No staining either. The scent and product wash out with no pretreatment. I’ve also noticed that it does not leave white marks on shirts.I love this new scent and my only regret is that I ordered 3 of the large Orange Vanilla (which could easily last 6 months), so it will be a looooonnnnggg time before I get to try a new scent (I want to try Vetiver Citrus or Jasmine Rose next). If you have irritation I would try the Unscented. Green Tidings has great customer service and you can email them your concerns. You can also google to learn about detoxing your underarms and adjusting your pH levels. I started my preteen on this deodorant hoping to limit her exposure to chemicals. She loves the scent and she had no adverse reactions to the product. Plus, she smells less “hormonal.”Thanks for taking time to read this long review. I hope you found it useful. 😊

Just read the review
Okay, so.. it’s been a few months now since I purchased this and feel like I can write a good review now. So first off, this deodorant smells REALLY good. Like awesome. And it seemed to work really well for the first few weeks. After about a month and a half of use I noticed my armpits were REALLY dry and itchy all the time, but they never smelled bad so I continued to use cause I thought it was just going through purging or something? A week or so later I was in the shower and I was washing my armpits (which at this point were incredibly itchy and kind of sore) and noticed large clumps of what I thought was skin coming off. Like PEELING and flaking off. It scared me very badly and I thought I was having a chemical reaction and my skin was coming off. Well, it turns out, this product somehow built up on my armpits from the moment I started using it and created a thick, hard layer onto my armpit that I literally had to peel off. I have no idea how this happened, I shower daily and scrub my armpits so I don’t know why it didn’t come off. So.... long story short, I don’t recommend this product. Lol

So Sad to Leave a 3-Star Review for my Fav Deodorant Brand :-(
I can’t believe I’m one of the first people to write an Amazon review for a product! So excited!!! I even added the first pictures 📸 Too bad this time Green Tidings' product didn't live up to the excitement level.First off, I’m a fan of Green Tidings deodorant. Now they have several new scents, Floral Spice being one of them.Unless something is rancid, I don't take off stars for scent. What I love you may dislike, scent is very personal. I would say that Floral Spice is mostly floral, not spicy or musky. I actually like the scent, but maybe more for winter than summer. It's definitely more feminine, and perfumey. My issue is with the gritty quality of the deodorant. There are noticeable little lumps in the product, which are probably baking soda. If you've used natural deodorants and gotten a rash, it may be from the baking soda (either an allergy or from the texture.) The gritty quality is irritating under the arms. In addition, the product is also a little sticky/gooey, which none of my other Green Tidings deodorants have been like. It did not cause a rash but had me washing the product off ASAP at the end of the day. I actually still smelled fine after removing the product, but I was actually glad to be done with the Floral Spice so I could go back to the Orange Vanilla, which is smooth and easy to apply. My other issue is with the small tester sizes. I usually order the larger 2.7 oz and they last months. This 1 oz lasted a little over a week. About 1/3 to 1/2 of the product is in the bottom lifter, which can't be accessed. I wish I would have noticed that sooner and taken a picture. You can see the tube is about the size of the lid and it was about 1/2 filled, a stark contrast to the larger size which is filled top to bottom. On the positive, the performance is great. Just stick with it and it will conform to your body. I’ve also not gotten underarm build up on my shirts. No staining either. The scent and product wash out with no pretreatment. I’ve also noticed that it does not leave white marks on shirts. Thanks for taking the time to read this long review. I hope you found it useful. 😊

Healthy and Effective
I'm a little skeptical about "natural" deodorants as most have not worked well for me at all, but as I get older and learn more, I'm concerned about the ingredients in some traditional deodorants. I decided to give Green Tidings a try. I have to say, it has a very pleasant scent, is really easy to apply and most importantly, works really well. A little goes a long way, just two swipes under each arm as suggested seems to work fine for me. I also bought a stick for my 19 year old daughter to try and she says it's working great for her as well. I highly recommend giving this product a try!
