I had started with another brand that had small tabs for removal. The nice thing about that is it came with two sizes so I was able to figure out I was a small through trial and error. I have no idea how you choose otherwise. Anyway, I had major issues with removal. The suction was too strong and to put it all out there, I had to most embarrassingly ask my partner to help with removal. After the 5th or 6th time I went looking for something firmer and most importantly with the ring. I've been using this for a few cycles. Infinitely easier to remove. It's firmer so slightly more uncomfortable to insert but I'm fine with that. I wish it were ever so slightly bigger but eh, I'll live. Very minor spotting and only on the heaviest day. I'd still recommend getting a starter set to figure out your size. Once you do, this is a great one for easy removal.

Very easy to remove if you normally have an issue with removal. I normally use the medium firm but had to go with the extra firm to get it to open. Great cup! I would definitely recommend this product!!

I originally tried the mini medium or regular. Since I have a giant fibroid, the suction was not great on that one so I tried the mini firm. Perfect! No leaks. I suggest trying the firm style if you are experiencing leakage. These are a game changer! I love the loop to assist in pulling the cup out. That too is a game changer. Try Peachtree! You will not be disappointed!!!

I have a low cervix and this menstrual cup works perfectly, I am even able to do a full high intensity workout without having to worry about leaking or it falling out

Actually really good.I used it inside out for the days my cervix was low, and regular for the rest of my period.It worked well, no leaks. Probably about a 4/5 in firmness.Only a firm cups are any firmer.

I like that it's firmer than the other cups so I don't have to spend several minutes positioning it.
