Great support pillow
Pillow is comfortable if correct chair is used. Dense memory foam is heavy so grabbing it to go is clumsy as it may slip out of your grasp. Fabric is attractive but easily torn so care must be taken in removing it from any chair backs that may snag it.Overall, I like it and find it helpful but, it is awkward to handle because of its heavy and slippery feel.Bought it to use in church because of uncomfortable pew seating. As you can tell I am ambivalent about it. I found that using a special tote bag for it makes it easily transportable, however I tend to leave it at home.If I were to change it, I recommend an adjustable belt strap rather than an elastic strap to secure it to a chair or car seat. Also a lighter foam and more durable fabricBest Feature : Ergonomic shapeWorst feature : Slippery or heavy ( shouldn't be both )

Needs a little more firmness for lumbar support.
Even though it's memory foam, I would have liked it to be a but firmer.

Only lumbar support that works for me
I've tried so many lumbar supports it's stupid (5+) and they all sucked, none were real memory foam (like this) even when they said they were (maybe just such a cheap version they didn't feel like it). What I've learned is that a seat cushion will never help support your lumbar because it will always flatten out. The only way to go is with one you put behind your back, not under your butt.Pros: Actually helps support your backWill be forgotten about quickly because of the comfort it offersCons: The strap that is supposed to go around your seat I'm guessing was not meant for cars since it doesn't fit in a way that makes it useable (pulls the sides so hard the product folds in on itself a bit)

Back pillow
It is so hard to find the right support. Each person has their own pain & degree of support they need. I have had 4 back surgeries with the last one being an artifical disk implant. I find it hard to be comfortable without soft yet solid support. This pillow does add extra support to my back while driving. Not the best & not the worst. I think in the future I will need to go to an actual store to check the fit and then look for it on Amazon.

Great product!
I have a herniated disc in my back, and this cushion is a life-saver when I sit at my computer or travel in the car. It keeps my back in alignment. I love that it's memory foam, too, which is so comfortable and keeps it's shape. It's lightweight and portable, so I can take it anywhere. I've seen this exact same product in medical supply stores for about $20 more. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend.

Stays on the floor more than my chair.
Strap may have lasted one sitting. Try to use it without strap. Hurts my back more trying to keep it in place than sitting without it. I am up and down a lot.

Does the Job
Fits snuggly in the lumbar of my back when used in my Honda Odyssey. Seems a bit "smash-able" as a few times I've squished it flat when I've gone to sit in the seat. But it springs back to shape quickly.

but it is comfortable and does what it
It won't stay in place on the seat so I have to adjust it all the time, but it is comfortable and does what it should

Four Stars
A good density, not too hard or too soft, but a bit over priced.

Helps my back/sciatic area significently ---- a great help when sitting to read. I heartily recommend it.
