Castle - Seasons 1-8 - The Complete Series - DVD

Our favorite show and owning the DVD is so much cheaper and easier than trying to find and keep the right streaming services to watch it whenever we want.

I purchased the complete series DVD set for my granddaughter as it was on her birthday wish list. We started watching reruns of the show when she was just 7 years old and was spending more time in our home than her own due to circumstances beyond her control. I had introduced the Nancy Drew character earlier on because it was obvious the whole sleuth detective solve the mystery "thing" she found fascinating, as the main character is a teenage girl. After watching 1 episode of "Castle" my granddaughter was hooked & her favorite character on the show was of course, Kate Beckett, NYPD Homicide Detective extraordinaire! It was then that my granddaughter went from veterinarian as a career to homicide detective. She just turned 13 and hasn't wavered in her career choice since. She's researched colleges with the best criminal law/social justice programs, hiring requirements of all law enforcement agencies here and abroad and is working with school guidance counselors helping steer her school elective classes and programs in that direction. At the age of 13 she knows what she wants to be (Behavioral Analysis Unit) and how she's going to get there including which college and/or university she'll attend and the agencies, in the exact order, she wants to work for. Purchasing this DVD set was a no-brainer and if it keeps her focused on her future or renews her commitment to that future the great price I bought the set for just became invaluable.

Original set had one missing disc and one defective (warped) disc. The seller promptly sent replacements making my set complete. Very pleased by the care and service from Fuego brands and will enjoy watching this entertaining series for years to come. Thank you

We are thoroughly enjoying the Castle series

I ordered the complete 8 season set because I really enjoy the show and wanted to catch up on the episodes that I never got a chance to watch. Unfortunately all the DVD’s are unplayable! They will not work in my DVD player and I can’t get them to play in my computer. Sometimes I get an error message saying “bad disc”, but mostly they just spin and never load. It’s not a region issue and the discs are labeled as “NTSC”. Thank goodness for Amazon’s amazing return policy, because otherwise I would be stuck with a lot of expensive coasters!!
