Not even worth the money. Your best bet is to not even waste your time and go to your local air gas supply or google the closest place to buy a regular Co2 tank and a regulator or get the diy kit.

Bought the larger version at my LFS for my 40 gal. planted tank. There’s no solenoid on the regulator so you need to manually turn it on in the morning and off at night (PITA). The plastic back flow check valve failed after one week. The tank ran out after less than 3 weeks at 1 bubble/second. At roughly $15 a bottle, you’d be better off with one of the solenoid regulators that can plug into a timer and go to your local welding supply store for a 5 lb. cylinder. This system is not a sustainable solution.

Terrible manual adjustment. After wasting who knows how much co2 getting bubble count correct it had to an shut off for the night. Shut it off TIGHTLY, it was already empty by the morning. 45g canisters are as hard to find as bigfoot. Spend the money on a susten with a solenoid or something refillable.

This is junk. No way to set it up with a solonoid valve for automatic on/off. Set it up and the next morning the tubing balloned up. I had an ADA forest CO2 system that I can no longer find canisters for, this was supposed to substitute and it is garbage. Do not waste your money on this junk.

I got this kit as a gift. I am new to using co2 in my planted tank. The regulator was hard to adjust, too fast or too slow. We shut it off the first night the canister was empty the next morning. I returned it to the store.
