Product is very functional and light output quite adequate. I would not classify this as "Elegant" at all. It is a black plastic clamp and a malable alloy tube with a soft black plastic sheath over it and a black plastic head containing a single LED and a tiny switch. The assembly swings nicely and the alloy tube is easily shaped. It is also easily bent when shipped in a USPS plastic bubble bag. Buyer beware cheap packaging for a product selling for a premium price. Bill Edwards

I was disappointed. Did not attach as well to either edge that I tried it on, and not enough light. I may have had unrealistic expectations.

Good light for reading. Nice that the switch is by the light. The inner metal tubing (aluminum ?) broke after a year, cutting the wire. Good idea just not developed enough, and priced too high.

Really works. Conveniently allows me to read without disturbing my wife with bright light. And the flexible neck directs the light to the right position and angle.
