Poorly written
This has some nice recipes, but not as many as I would have hoped for. The editing is horrible. We see things like Banana “But” Bread and a mac and cheese recipe that has instructions to add the pasta but no pasta listed in the ingredients. We’ll keep the book, but I would recommend checking out others first.

Informative ideas cookbook !!
When I get that after I really get helpful cooking ideas from this guidebook. This is a delicious and tasty recipes content cookbook. Also healthy for everyone. I purchase from Amazon and really I am satisfied with this guide. Everyday breakfast and vegetarian recipes east to make from this book. I want to suggest that and thanks to the author.

KEEP LOOKING!
If I could give this book zero stars, I would! There are no pictures, no page numbers (even though the table of contents implies it does), & numerous typos. I purchased this book on a whim to help my boyfriend with his bouts of acid reflux (GERD). However, as soon as I opened it, I was extremely disappointed. I will definitely be getting my money back.Also, if you read all of the reviews, it looks like one person wrote all seven under different names. Parts of different reviews are exactly the same, word for word.

Missing information in ingredient lists
A lot of missing info in the ingredients for quite a lot of the recipes eg. 1/2 white flour 1/2wheat flour 1/2 Z-sweet stevia, in another recipe 1/2 blueberries another recipe 4oz whole wheat. If I was new to cooking I would not be able to use this book, however if I buy a recipe book I don’t expect to spend time trying to work out what the ingredients should be. I have only spent 10 minutes looking at the book and found these but I’m sure there’ll be more. Was it not proofread before going to print? Apart from that the recipes seems great.
