Diet help
Good over all, but contains a lot of exotic ingredients in the recipes. Would have been nice to list what to and what not to eat.

Easy Recipes?
It could be if you could easily find the recipes. It has a very nice "Table of Contents" with page numbers, too bad the pages aren't numbered. Also, some recipes include ingredients that people with reflux should not eat. Very disappointing.

Terrible Receipes
Almost all the recipes want you to use something you should not be eating

Terrible and Barely English
The Kindle version has horrible formatting that results in missing ingredients and instructions. For example, a breakfast smoothie recipe calls for “220 skimmed milk” 220 what? Also uses ingredients not recommended for LPR. Scam.

extensive list of recipes which seem not to be conducive with LPR at first sight
After being diagnosed with suspected LPR I was given a long list of ingredients that must be avoided and those that should be taken in moderation. This book seems to forgo most of the worries about acid foods (onion/mint for example) ... which is surprising. I know each person has their acid triggers which I will slowly learn for myself.. but Im trying to decide whether this book is targeted at LPR or is just a cookbook! However its pluses are that it has an extensive list of recipes.
