JAWS | Shark Autopsy | Metal Stamped License Plate

My wife is a jaws super fan.We very often watch it because it’s such an amazing film. I bought this along with a whole other load of jaws stuff (mugs, autographs, posters, toys, books) as part of her Christmas presents in 2020, her desk in her office could not be more jaws even if Bruce was laying on it!I bought this for my wife to have in her office, it has pride of place on one of the walls along with a load of other jaws stuff. It was bought as a Christmas present, and I started buying in august….so by the time it came round to December, I’d forgot that I’d already bought it, so I bought it again!It now lives on a wall in our lounge!This is a really high quality plate, it’s properly stamped and not a decal stuck on, its embossed. It’s definitely worth the money.

Nobody gets this funny stuff

firstly the dim photo colour is to show unedited and unfiltered lighting with a reflection to highlight the emboss of the text.I'd been waiting for the price to drop on this for a while as it usually £14 with £18 delivery to the UK. Keep checking as sometimes they'll get a shipment and it will be free delivery next day with prime. This is now my favourite movie plate.more about the plate.The colours look fantastic. There's a difference in the shade of white, to my other plates, that make the plate look distinct from the others I have alongside - I have no doubt they are accurate colours. The emboss is perfect and positioning is on point. Authenticity is key here with the spelling of 'sportsmen's' displaying the film spelling change of 'e' from 'a'. The story goes that, at some point, Spielberg approached The Broccoli estate with regards to directing a bond film. He was turned down twice. This plate is a homage to the, then, recently released 'Live and Let Die' (filmed in Louisiana) hence the location and 007 on the plate. One scene, in the Bond film, depicts the billboard displaying the Sportsman's Paradise slogan. Although with the correct spelling of 'a' instead of 'e'.All in all a fantastic replica and a bargain for the Jaws superfan.

Great Christmas presents

Bought this for my sister as a Christmas present as she is a big JAWS fan and she loves it. It is a real metal licence plate that is spot on with the one from the film. This licence plate also pops up at the beginning of Deep Blue Sea as a homage to JAWS.

High quality licence plate from my favourite movie of all time. Arrived in 24Hrs from Amazon Prime. Just missing that authentic smell of Tiger Shark digestive juices.

I REMEMBER THIS SCENE FROM THE MOVIE "JAWS" WHEN RICHARD DREYFUSS WAS CUTTING OPEN THESHARK TO SEE WHAT IT HAD EATEN IN THE LAST 24 HRS. AND HE PULLS OUT THE LICENSE PLATE FROMTHE SHARK'S BELLY AND ROY SCHEIDER SAYS THIS CLASSIC LINE FROM THE MOVIE, HE DIDN'T EAT A CARDID HE? EXCELLENT PLATE WITH "007" ON IT. "rockin' ron".

Great plat especially if you’re a movie buff

Ist was für Kenner und Filmexperten.Einerseits eine Hommage an die Bond Reihe aber andererseits auch ein nicht erfüllter Regiewunsch des Regisseurs.Tolles Requisit.
